Services
DeLevi Design provides digital design and development services including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, business software, branding, video production, technical publications, AI solutions, and digital products, as agreed in an individual project proposal or contract.
Project Engagement
Each engagement is governed by a separate scope of work outlining deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. These general terms apply in addition to, not in place of, any signed project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as described in the project agreement. DeLevi Design retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Projects are typically billed in milestone-based installments. Late payments may result in paused work until accounts are brought current.
Limitation of Liability
DeLevi Design's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
